Satisfaction Guaranteed. We want you to love your Sage Koncpt purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items to us for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Undamaged, unused, and in original condition.
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, protective materials, and all accessories.
  • Postmarked within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Return Window & Exceptions

Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns requested after this period may be refused. Certain items (e.g., personalized, custom-made, or hygiene-sensitive goods) may be non-returnable — please check the product details before purchase.

How to Return

Follow these steps to return an item:

  1. Click the button below to initiate a return and obtain a return authorization and instructions.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the invoice/order number and reason for return.
  3. Ship the package to the return address provided in your return instructions. Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Inspection & Refunds

After we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return conditions. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).
  • We may deduct reasonable restocking or processing fees if an item is returned outside of policy conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (defect, damaged in transit, or wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, wrong choice, etc.), the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

Tip: Use a trackable carrier and insure the package for its full value — we are not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping unless you purchase insurance.

Wrong or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at the details below and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize your case, arrange a return at our cost, and offer a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
